Overview
The programme is run by the Belize Tourism Board with the Immigration Department. Applicants show employment outside Belize with a minimum annual income of US$75,000 (US$100,000 for couples and families), a notarised bank reference and statement of account, a clean criminal record no more than six months old, a valid passport and travel insurance with at least US$50,000 of cover.
The programme page sets no nationality restriction. Once approved you travel with your documents and pay the programme fee at the airport; the page describes a maximum stay of 180 days and mentions no renewal.

Taxes
